If China stops buying US debt and it appears it has then the Fed will have to monetize (create Fiat dollars out of thin air, use it to purchase US debt) even more debt and pre-load even more inflation down the road.

Fed Chair Yellen can't raise rates, so savers lose and the economy stagnates, we are 8 years into our own lost decade.
