In the UK, a judge can determine anything he likes, that is, if he so says, that the Brexit can only take effect if 7 members of Parliament must break wind whilst dancing, then that's the rule. Nonsensical for the most part where the so-called judiciary can legislate from the bench. Again proves how smart our Founding Fathers and Constitutionals actually were.
